It should be made mandatory for the players in the Indian team to play the trophy! what better way to test Bose than to have him bowl at Dravid or Laxman! The system is totally flawed and it doesn't look like it will change either- while we have the Deodhar trophy, I bet the Indian team will be in Holland or Ireland playing meaningless one day internationals . Bracket discussions are turning out to be productive. The current format seems fine, but probably we could have two matches a day, one day and the other day-night on alternate days, and a final at the end. 12 days it will take. Fair post da.
