I think the current location will become a helluva lot more attractive when Mittal is done with it. Add that to the extra thickness in the player's back pockets and they will all be knocking on Birmingham's door.

i have a doubt why not mital take up football in india, as his personal fortune is quite enuff to a start kind of futbol league premiership in india bringing the foreign players etc....etc....

He have done nothing with respect to steel atleast he can do something wrt to football and increase the viewer ship and so that we can watch our favorite players playing out home....

as the economany is shifting to towards east ... i am sure the next genration players will be heading to G5 (BRIC)instead of the "powerful" G8

from "IT" to football ...with more than 30% of the world population in our region days will come ...even bill gates and warren buffet have recruitment from our premier IITs .. ia m sure it is a matter of time...

Makes sense too with Birmingham having the second largest indian population in UK after London. Villa are a bigger club there but they were bought last yr only so not much choice.

Though attracting players to Birmingham would be difficult indeed, they dont have the history or a attractive location. Money only goes a certain distance, otherwise all the world's top players would have been playing in Middle East/Russian leagues.
