Corluka was alright... the only thing that's really stood out about him so far is his distinct lack of pace. United as always, will bounce back. Still hoping Liverpool finish above them though :D And Tottenham... what Can you say? The board ought to be sacked - not Jol. The words 'knee' and 'jerk' are stuck in my head. Sven's best tactical move in years. Dunne was also pretty good. As Mihir says, it was the defence that saved City last season. And a good starting point for the future. Garrido and Corluka are a little suspect defending, but seem pretty good attacking. Top of the league, seven points above United. Can't get better. Top half sure and outside chance of Europe. It was the reason why they avoided relegation last year. Though have to say that Micah Richards has stepped up to replace the departed Sylvian Distin pretty well. Man Utd do seem to be missing a proper striker. They seem to be doing what Arsenal do, create bucket loads of chances but not take them. I am loving "Tottenham in top 4" though :) City’s defence was always strong. It was the reason why they avoided relegation last year.
